Serroni will replace any product found faulty due to defects in manufacturing and materials. The tableware is guaranteed for use under normal conditions and is dishwasher safe, (top shelf only for polcarbonate). Damaged caused by contact with sharp objects, abrasive cleansers, solvents or any form of intentional misuse or abuse is not covered by this guarantee.
